We had been using FLS for only a month across our business, before we were able to quantify deliverable exceptional benefits. For example, reducing surveyor mileage times between appointments from an average of 34 miles per job to 19 miles. This allows less time for travelling and more time spent in Customer¿s homes helping them after a property insurance claim. The ease in which the business was able to deploy the software across all of its operating units and field resources was a testament to the flexibility of the solution and the service provided by the FLS support team.
